Overview
A growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join its team. This role offers flexibility with hybrid or fully remote options. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze legal issues related to trust and estate litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Advise clients on litigation and pre-litigation strategies
  • Manage probate administrations and conservatorship/guardianship matters
  • Consult with trustees and beneficiaries on trust administration

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in probate, trust, and estate law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage cases effectively
  • Minimum of 5+ years of probate and trust litigation experience OR 8-10 years of civil/family litigation experience with strong references
  • CA BAR MUST HAVE

Compensation

  • Base salary: $160,000 - $260,000
  • Competitive bonuses and benefits
